Why do I have a GEOIP file not found error

Issue

After configuring the WebRTC gateway I don't have VoIP telephony features enabled.

Results from the mpcheck shows an error about GEOIP file

STUN/TURN test will be done using GEOIP config
  GEOIP file not found, make sure RAINBOW connect test is OK
  [FAILED] 20230227-130511 GEOIP config

Root Cause

This issue occurs when a service of the WebRTC gateway can't connect to Rainbow cloud. 

1. The PBXID configured in the WebRTC gateway does not match the PBXID defined in Rainbow (often just a typo or copy/paste error).
2. The admin account in the company has not yet been activated

How to fix the issue

1. Verify the PBXID with the mpshow command
2. Connect once with the admin account into Rainbow, this will activate the account.
