Expected Behavior:
Cloud Telephony services will be unavailable for about 10 minutes during the slot. Affected users will be informed via the icon " Telephone services currently unavailable" on their telephony settings.
Why we're doing this?
This update fixes the pickup conflict between two supervisors on the same call. See Release Note.
