New Features

• Switch User Role – Users can now switch roles directly from user pages and through workflows, with license-aware subscription assignment. For standalone users, roles can be switched directly between Teacher, Student, and Guest, while role changes for users associated with other LMS platforms can be managed through workflows.
• LMS Role Synchronization – User roles are now automatically synchronized from the LMS during mass provisioning. If a user's role has changed in the LMS, for example from Student to Teacher, the updated role is reflected in the provisioning payload.
• User Deprovisioning – Users no longer returned during provisioning are automatically identified and unenrolled, keeping the roster accurate without manual cleanup.
• Management Center Performance – Improved the performance of the Management Center UI to provide faster page loading and a smoother overall user experience.
• Email Change Support – Added comprehensive support for changing user email addresses, ensuring seamless updates and synchronization across connected systems and services.
• Stud.IP Mass Provisioning – Introduced mass provisioning support for Stud.IP-integrated organizations, allowing administrators to bulk-provision multiple Stud.IP courses, classes and users from the Management Center.

Main Fixes

• Workflow Jobs – Resolved background/workflow jobs processing issues to ensure consistent execution and job state updates.
• Subscription Assignment on Role Switch – Switching a user's role now assigns a subscription that actually has license availability, instead of potentially picking one with none left, preventing failed or blocked role changes.
• Email Change Reliability – Fixed user matching in permissions, calendars, workgroups, and call records to stay accurate after a user's email address changes, so existing UI, LMS connections, and mass provisioning workflows keep working correctly.
