Main fixes

• Telephony
  Fixed an issue where the Rainbow iOS client still offered the Audio call and Video call options when adding a second call during a transfer, even though the user's profile did not allow Rainbow calls.
• Presence
  Fixed an issue where a "Do Not Disturb" status set through Outlook calendar synchronization was not reflected on the Rainbow iOS client, which kept showing the user as available and still rang for incoming calls.
• File Sharing [EDGE environment]
  Fixed an issue where photos sent from the Rainbow iOS app to a bubble were not delivered and appeared as "you have deleted this message" on deployments using an external file storage provider.
