Issue

I can't validate my password change after having used "Forgot your password?" on login page

Root Cause

One of this two cause can lead to this issue:

1. The email received with the validation code is into the "spam" or "clutter" folder of your email client
2. You didn't define a correct new password

How to fix the issue

1. Check your email client's Spam or Clutter folder, add noreply@openrainbow.com or better the domain openrainbow.com to the trusted senders.
2. Verify the format of the password: It must be at least 12 characters long including 1 lower-case letter, 1 upper-case letter, 1 digit and 1 special character.
