Feature Release - CCD mixed mode for OmniPCX Enterprise
New features
Rainbow CCD Agents now benefit from two advanced telephony configurations called Mixed Mode and Fixed Mode, designed to enhance flexibility and control over voice communications:
- Mixed Mode enables seamless handling of both private and CCD-distributed calls through a unified Rainbow VoIP setup, ensuring agents maintain personal telephony access while engaging in CCD workflows.
- Fixed Mode supports agents using dedicated desk phones or external devices, activating telephony only during active CCD sessions.
- Be aware that, regarding the Fixed Mode, further improvements are still needed to ensure proper display of the Agent logged‑out status.
These new options expand on the existing Standard Mode, offering tailored solutions for diverse operational needs.
