Device management - Delegated Access from BP to EC Admin
To simplify device management, BP admins can now delegate access rights to EC admins for specific network settings (e.g., VLAN). This global company setting, configurable per EC company, allows EC admins to activate web/SSH access and perform phone resets—without granting rights to create/delete devices or trigger other remote actions. -
Multi-Site Cloud PBX Configuration
- Site-Based User & CLI Management: Introduces an optional “site” setting to support CloudPBX deployments across multiple company locations. This enables clearer organization of users and CLI policies per site, while remaining optional for single-site companies.

- Restrict Data
This new feature extends the existing options for controlling data and file transmission in conversations and bubbles by also enabling control over file reception. This function can be configured through profiles that are assignable to all users or specific user groups, allowing administrators to enforce data security policies with greater precision and flexibility. (see Article)
- METADATA information for SAML SSO provider
Provide customers a way to automatically update SAML settings for their company (e.g the SAML signing certificate expires every 3 months and you want to automate the certificate update in Rainbow). (see Article)
- Rainbow Hub - Group Analytics - Send reports by e-mail
This feature allows to configure Group Analytics that can be send by e-mail either automatically based on the frequency you have configured or immediately from the report configuration (send button). (see Article)
Additional features and enhancements available in this release
- Share audio with screen sharing:
Audio sharing, previously limited to Bubble screen presentations, is now available in one-on-one conversations - enhancing convenience during calls and content sharing.
- "Create a poll" added to the bubble "Other options" menu
This new option streamlines access to the poll creation feature.
- Message forward enhancement
You have now a new option to add the original sender of the message that you forward to another conversation.
- Displaying information on who pinned messages.
Pinned messages now display the name of the user who pinned them, shown above the message itself.
- Notification Center - Get notified when you are mentioned
Mentions now trigger automatic notifications, enhancing responsiveness and keeping users better connected to key conversations.
