We’re excited to announce that 🇮🇹 Italian and 🇳🇱 Dutch. will soon be added to our Help Center, expanding our language offering from four to six available languages.
📆 A structured rollout to ensure quality translations:
These languages are being introduced through a phased technical rollout. Content is first produced using automated translation enhanced by a controlled glossary, followed by review cycles to validate terminology, accuracy, and overall readability.
🚀 Beyond the Help Center:
The Help Center serves as the central source for multiple types of content available within the Rainbow application. As Italian and Dutch are progressively added to the Help Center, users who have selected these languages in Rainbow will automatically benefit from localized in-app communications, including:
- What’s New - for all users
- Service notifications - for Company administrator
Note: Our goal is to provide a more consistent and accessible experience across both documentation and in-app communications—so users always receive the right information, in the right language.
👀 What to expect next?
Now that six languages are available, our next focus will be on continuously improving translation quality across all supported languages. This includes refining terminology, expanding glossaries, and incorporating feedback from the field to better reflect real usage.
We also do not exclude the addition of new languages in the future, depending on customer needs and regional demand, as we continue to make our Help Center and in-app content more accessible worldwide.
