Expected Behavior:
Cloud Telephony services will be unavailable for about 10 minutes during the slot. Affected users will be informed via the icon " Telephone services currently unavailable" on their telephony settings.
EM200 add-ons will reset during the upgrade in EMEA to get a new version 2.11.06.0017.
