Expected behavior:
Maintenance operation will impact the following load balancers IP addresses that will be temporarily removed from DNS servers:
- 178.32.125.32, 178.32.125.56, 178.32.125.46
- 178.32.126.147, 178.32.126.16, 178.32.126.196
Please note that these addresses won’t be reachable during the operation.
Telephony services will be unavailable for about 10 minutes during non-working hours per PBX country after the operation. Affected users will be informed via the icon " Telephone services currently unavailable" on their telephony settings
Note to the network administrators: to avoid any disruption during the maintenance phase:
- Ensure all load balancers are all trusted in your firewall.
- Ensure you use domain names instead of IP Addresses. In the exceptional cases where IP address list is used instead of FQDN, the client needs to verify that the whole IP addresses set is entered.
- Should you have entered a hard coded IP address in the OXE to address these servers please do the necessary action to update your configuration.
- Reconnection timers must be defined properly to ensure seamless connection.
Why we're doing this?
This maintenance operation will enable us to update our servers to ensure their performance.
