Expected Behavior:
Cloud Telephony services will be unavailable for about 10 minutes during the slot. Affected users will be informed via the icon " Telephone services currently unavailable" on their telephony settings.
Why we're Doing this?
We fixed issues related to transfer without audio, choppy ringback tone, deletion of messages in group voice mails, some configuration of external mobile linked to waiting queue, association of SIP generic device to a user.
