Main fixes

• Devices
  It could be not possible to associate a Sip generic device to a user.
  Mass modifications could overload the mechanism. This is fixed now.
• Group voice mail
  From iOS, deleting a message in the group voice mail didn't remove the relevant line.
  No event was sent to update the application on the removal.
• Ringback tone
  The ringback tone was choppy
  Enhancements have been made to improve the quality of the tone.
• Transfer
  Audio was lost after a supervised transfer of an incoming call from the Welcome.
  The issue has been fixed. 
• Waiting queue
  The configuration: external mobile set as closed-hours forward number in an Hunt Group with a waiting queue didn't work.
  This use case is correctly taken into account.
