Please find below the list of features available for testing in Early Adopter phase.
Note that this list is subject to change and may not reflect the final feature set available at general availability.
In addition to exploring and validating these new functionalities, you are encouraged to test application deployment processes and verify that existing Rainbow features continue to operate as expected, consistent with the official release version.
Important: Please note that one support request must be submitted for each customer and for each feature, as required by the Early Adopter process.
[EA CLI BY PREFIX] Select OXE CLI for Outgoing Calls by Prefix
This feature allows OXE systems to apply a specific Caller ID on outgoing calls based on a dialing prefix, overriding the user’s default CLI. Business Partners can define a list of prefixes at PBX level, and users can then select the desired outgoing Caller ID from their Rainbow client. The setting remains active for all outgoing calls until the user changes it. Technical details are available in the dedicated article.
