[EA Exchange] Rainbow Exchange Calendar Connector
The Rainbow Exchange Calendar Connector synchronizes users’ on-premises Microsoft Exchange calendars with the Rainbow client, displaying current meetings, start/end times, and Out of Office status to their network. It runs as a Windows service on the customer’s LAN and is managed by a Rainbow administrator, using the same connector as the LDAP synchronization feature.
Note: To use this feature, make sure the latest Rainbow connector - AD/LDAP/Exchange is installed (download available here). The Rainbow Administrator handling the setup must also have an active Early Adopter license to enable configuration.

[EA MIXED/FIXED CDD] Rainbow CCD Agent Telephony Modes: Mixed & Fixed
Rainbow CCD Agents now benefit from two advanced telephony configurations called Mixed Mode and Fixed Mode, designed to enhance flexibility and control over voice communications.
Mixed Mode enables seamless handling of both private and CCD-distributed calls through a unified Rainbow VoIP setup, ensuring agents maintain personal telephony access while engaging in CCD workflows.
