Your Rainbow application logs contain valuable information that the support team needs to determine the source of an issue. When you're logged in to the Rainbow application, you can easily report an issue with the Report a problem function, which will automatically make your log files available to the support team.
But, you can also select the save or send the logs directly form the application to share them with the support team.
Note: that for Rainbow Telephony for Microsoft Teams, you'll need to collect both files, those for the Desktop application and those for the Teams application.
