In some cases in can be helpful to collect the browser logs to facilitate the analysis of an issue. So if you are using the Desktop application, close it and connect to your Rainbow account on a web browser.
Activate the browser Developer tools
Note: Activate the browser developer tools before reproducing the issue; Activate it when you are already on the Rainbow Webclient page (web.openrainbow.com).
Press the key F12
or
go to the menu More Tools/Developper tools
or
the key combination Strg + Shift + I
Two type of logs can help the analysis. Console logs and Network logs.
Reproduce the problem, then save both and send them to the support team.
Console logs
Save the logs:
Right click anywhere in the logs to save the log file (e.g. web.openrainbow.com-1561713163213.log)
Network logs
Note: do not forget to activate the option "Preserve log" before reproducing the issue.
Save the logs:
Right click anywhere in the logs to save the HAR file (e.g. web.openrainbow.com.har)
or use the Export HAR button
