This feature is allowed for Company Administrator or Company members with the Business Directory role.
Rainbow business directory can contain up to 50,000 contacts (people and/or companies) shared with company members. This information is available, directly via the search bar in their Rainbow application.

Add a Contact in the Business Directory
When adding a contact to your business directory, don't hesitate to fill in as many fields as possible. Searches work on all information, enabling your members to find information related to a company, an address or even a job title.
- Open the "
Manage your company" tab. Select your company
, then click on "
Business directory".
- From the "Contacts" tab, click on the "Add" button.
- Select the "Information" tab to complete information about your contact: first name, last name, email, Company name, phone numbers ... The Last name and Company name fields are mandatory.
- Enter the "Add tags" field and select the tag to add. You can search for an existing tag by entering the first letters of the tag. If the tag doesn't yet exist, you can create it directly by inserting it in the input field.
- Select the "Address" tab to add an address for your contact.
- Click on the "Add" button to create a new contact in your business directory.
Tips: Tags are a powerful tool for optimizing your members' searches. However, it's important to be careful not to create duplicates. We recommend that you create your tags before you create your contacts. Learn more.
Edit a Business Directory Contact
You can modify or complete contact information. It is important to keep your directory up to date to avoid frustration or errors.
- Open the "
Manage your company" tab. Select your company
, then click on "
Business directory".
- From the "Contacts" tab, click on a contact to open the edition window.
- Add or change information about the contact.
- Click on the "Update" button.
Note: If you wish to replace a tag with another, and this concerns all your contacts, you can rename the tag directly from the dedicated area. This will enable you to update all the contacts concerned in a single action. Learn more.
Delete a Business Directory Contact
You can delete a contact from your directory. Once deleted, your members will no longer be able to find the contact via their search bar.
- Open the "
Manage your company" tab. Select your company
, then click on "
Business directory".
- From the "Contacts" tab, click on the
"More option" icon the line of concerned contact.
- Then, choose "
Delete" in the menu.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking on the "Delete" button.
Note: Deleting a directory contact added as a favorite by your members will automatically remove the favorite.
