What is the BETA Program ?
The Rainbow BETA program allows selected users to access upcoming Rainbow client versions before their general availability. This initiative aims to help partners discover new features in advance, enabling them to better prepare for rollout to their end-customers. It also facilitates our collection of partner feedback during the BETA phase.
The BETA program primarily targets partners, who can become “permanent” beta users. In exceptional cases, end-customer beta testers may be included if early demonstration of a specific feature is business critical.
Once BETA access is granted by ALE to a company, the company administrator can allocate access to specific users within the organization. These users can then switch to the beta versions for their desktop, web, and mobile applications, with the capability to easily revert to the production versions.
How to use the Rainbow BETA Version
Rainbow production updates occur quarterly, generally encompassing four client version increments. Selected intermediate versions will be made available by ALE to BETA users, based on their content and maturity.
