- During phone call, select the " Put on hold" icon in the conversation window or in the Active conversation list at the left of the screen (the icon appears when you hover over the contact you want to put on hold) . Your contact is put on hold.
- To retrieve the call, select the "Retrieve this call" icon in the conversation window or in the Active conversation list at the left of the screen. You're back in conversation with your contact.
Send DTMF codes
DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) signalling is a system whereby audible tones are used to
represent buttons on a keyboard and allows communication with interactive voice servers.
During a conversation you sometimes have to send DTMF signals, such as with a voice server, an
automated attendant or a remotely consulted answering machine.
- During phone call, select " Show modulated frequency keyboard" to open the dialpad.
- Enter DTMF code.
- Select the same icon to close the dialpad.
End the Phone Call
- During phone call, select the " Hang up" icon in the conversation window or in the Active conversation list at the left of the screen (the icon appears when you hover over the active conversation to end).
- The phone call has ended.
