Change my Password

Password must be more than 12 characters in length and contain 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

Change my password

  1. Click on the avatar to open the menu.
  2. Click on "settings.svg Settings".
  3. Click on "security.svg Security".
  4. Click on "Change your password".
  5. Enter your current password and your new password.  Click on the "show-pwd.svg" to display the password. 
  1. Open "menu.svg Menu".
  2. Open "profile.svg My profile".
  3. Click on "CHANGE PASSWORD" at the bottom of the "My profile" page.
  4. Enter your current password, your new password, and re-enter your new password for confirmation. Click on "show-pwd.svg" to display the password.
  5. Click "Continue".

Reset my password

  1. Click on "Fogot your password?"
  2. Enter your email address and press "Continue".
  3. 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you entered.
  4. Copy-paste the code and enter your new password.
  5. Agree to Rainbow's Privacy Policy, and Click "Continue".
