Have some people left or joined your project since the creation of the Bubble? Update the list of Members, adding or removing users. All project participants can join the Bubble, even without a Rainbow account, as a Guest simply by using their email addresses.
Invite new members
You can invite Rainbow users to join your Bubble after its creation. They will be notified in their Notification Center.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.
- Click on the button "Conversation information" on the right side of the top banner to display the right panel.
- Click the " Participants " tab to display everyone in the group conversation.

At the bottom of the avatar, click on the button "
Add members."
- In the search bar, type the names of the people you invite to join the Bubble.
- Then click on their name among the results to prepare the invitation list. You can also drag and drop a user's avatar from your list of Recent Conversations space. You can type their e-mail address as well.
- Click on the "Apply" button to send the invitation to these Rainbow users.
- They will appear in the list of members with the "
" icon until they agree to join the Bubble.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.

Click on the icon "
Setting".
- Tap "
Add" in the member list in the settings window.
- In the search bar, type the names of the people you invite to join the Bubble.
- You can invite members by selecting them from My Network or by entering their name or e-mail in the search bar.

Click on the "
Apply" button to send the invitation to these Rainbow users.
- They will appear in the list of members with the icon until they agree to join the Bubble.

Tips: If the search is unsuccessful, the person does not yet have a Rainbow account, or their profile is private. In this case, you can use their email address to invite them to join your Bubble. This is very convenient to invite users who do not yet have a Rainbow account as Guests.
Share your bubble by link
Bubble Organizers may invite members by sharing a link to their bubble. Only the Owner can edit the public scope of the link.
- Click on "
More action".
- Click on "
Share this bubble".
- If you are the Owner of the Bubble, check the "
Share this bubble by link" checkbox. You can choose whether the link is valid "With everyone" or "Only with the members of this bubble".
- Click "Copy the link." Share this link in conversations, in emails with your contacts.
- Go to the Bubble you wish to share.
- Click on the button"
- In the menu, choose "
- Tap the icon "
- The generated link can be copied to the clipboard and shared with various applications.
In the case of Rainbow, the link can be shared directly by selecting the recipient.
Remove members
Role required : Remove members function requires the role of the Owner or
Organizer of the Bubble. Learn more
You can remove a member from the Bubble. The removed member will not receive any notification that they have been removed. Removed members will no longer have access to the Bubble.
- Open the Bubble's conversation space
- Click on the "
Other actions" icon for the member in the participants' tab, and select "
Remove member".
- Then reconfirm your choice. If the invitation is awaiting approval, the confirmation screen will not appear.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.

Click on the icon "
- Press and hold the member you wish to remove.

Tap "
Remove"
- If the member has not yet accepted the invitation, the removal will take place immediately. If the invitation has already been accepted, select "Remove" again in the popup.
