Start and Manage Conversations

1. Search for a contact.
2. Select the person you want to start a conversation with.
3. Simply type your message in the text box.
4. Press the send icon or hit the enter key on your keyboard to send the message. The conversation then appears in the list of "Recent Conversations", making it easier to keep track of ongoing conversations.

1. Select the cross that appears when you hover over the conversation you want to hide.
   The conversation no longer appears in the list of recent conversations.

1. Press and hold the conversation you want to hide and swipe left. The conversation no longer appears in the list of recent conversations.

1. Press and hold the conversation you want to hide, swipe to the left and press “close”. The conversation no longer appears in the list of recent conversations.

1. On the left side of your screen, you'll find a list of recent conversations, making it easy to pick up where you left off.
2. If the person you're chatting with has sent you a new message or messages, you'll see the number displayed. If they're in your favorites list, you'll also see a new message icon.
3. Simply select the conversation to continue it. If the conversation is hidden, you can find the person by searching or selecting them from your favorites.

Note: When your correspondent is typing the message, you'll see this indicated below the text box with a slow blinking notification.

2. If the person you are chatting with has sent you a new message, the number of new messages will be displayed. If the person is on your Favorites list, a red badge for new messages will also be displayed.

1. To add a contact to your favorites, first select the conversation with that person.
   The "Contact Information" tab about your contact is displayed to the right of the screen.
2. Select the "Add to favorites" menu. 
   Your contact appears in your favorite at the top left side of the screen.

Note: To remove a contact to your favorite, open the conversation with that person and select "Remove from favorites" menu in the "Contact Information" tab.

1. To add a contact to your favorites, select a contact and swipe right.
2. Or you can also add them to your favorites from the "Contact Information" page.
   Opens the Conversations with Contacts page. And tap "Setting".
3. Select the "Add to favorites"
   Your contact appears in your favorite at the top of the screen.
