You want to customize your Rainbow workspace to your own style? It's possible! Use the Appearance function.
Change your Rainbow Theme, Layout, startup page or Font to your convenience. Your new theme will appear whenever you open that workspace.
Change Font Size
Rest your eyes while working on Rainbow by setting the font size. You can choose a larger or smaller font than the one shown here.
- Open "
Settings" by clicking on your Avatar at the top of the sidebar.
- In the left-hand menu, select "
Appearance".
- In the Accessibility section, select Font size from Small, Medium, and Large.
- Click on "Close" to finalized your changes.
Note: For smartphones, the setting reflects your device's settings. Please refer to your device's documentation for details.
Set your startup page
By changing this function, you can display at startup your favorite page for a easy use of the application.
Note: This option is not available if the softphone mode is enable. The choice of available pages depends on your license and configuration.
- Open "
- In the left-hand menu, select "
- Select a startup page in the "Customize Rainbow" section: Channels, Bubble, Contacts, Calls, Tasks.
- Click on "Close" to finalized your changes.
Note: Your choice will be applied at the next startup.
Choose Theme
By changing this function, you can optimize your workspace and so your working time on Rainbow can be more comfortable.
- Open "
- In the left-hand menu, select "
- Select "Theme" from the suggested options.
- Click on "Close" to finalized your changes.
Note: Can't change the theme? If so, the company administrator is forcing a theme on the application.
Choose Conversation Density
You can customize Rainbow to your liking by changing the Conversation density.
- Open "
- In the left-hand menu, select "
- "Conversations display density" can be selected from "Default" and "Compact".
- Click on "Close" to finalized your changes.
Note: Select the layout of your application according to your screen.
Enable Softphone Mode
If permitted by your administrator (user profile), you can enable SoftPhone mode. When enabled, a softphone is displayed in the " Calls" tab at the right of the screen.
- Open "
- In the left-hand menu, select "
- Enable the "Softphone mode" option in the "Application layout" section.
Rainbow is started in softphone mode. The softphone is displayed in the "Calls" tab at the right of the screen.
