Main fixes

• Call handling
  - Improved call termination processing when calls remained active after ending.
  - Corrected situations where users were unable to disconnect or hang up calls.
  - Eliminated cases where audio continued after a call had been terminated.
  - Addressed call state inconsistencies leading to stuck calls.
  - Removed ghost call occurrences following transferred calls.
  - Improved UI synchronization to ensure ended calls are properly cleared from Rainbow.
  - Corrected hang-up issues linked to call state synchronization problems.
• Call transfer
  Corrected a no-audio condition occurring after transfer through a pilot number.
• Group
  Addressed the condition causing the Groups menu to be intermittently unavailable.
• Phonebook
  Improved phonebook refresh and reload behavior.
• Outgoing calls
  Corrected an intermittent issue preventing outgoing calls from being placed through Rainbow.
