This improves usability while ensuring users configure valid destinations for their telephony environment.
- Call Pickup Allowed in DND State
Call pickup actions are now permitted even when the targeted user is in Do Not Disturb or equivalent busy states (including Break or external integrations like Teams). This fixes supervision and hybrid scenarios where supervisors must be able to retrieve ongoing calls regardless of the callee’s availability status, without any change to the existing UI behavior.

- Improved Hunt Group mail report configuration [Admin]
The Hunt Group mail report configuration screen has been redesigned with a clearer and more modern interface. The update improves visual organization and replaces the previous "Duplicate to another group" mechanism with a more intuitive configuration experience. Enhanced Hub Group reporting metrics [Hub | Admin]
Hub Group reports now include additional performance indicators, including:- Average, maximum, and total call duration.
- Average and total wait time.
These new metrics provide administrators with deeper insights into call activity and group performance.

Rainbow now supports custom widgets as extensions - Preserve user associations when updating a custom manifest [Admin]

Extensions can reference a set of predefined icons using a simple iconId, eliminating the need to host icon files externally or package them within the extension. This simplifies extension development and ensures a consistent visual experience.
