- Staff collaborate via Rainbow Hub across departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) with advanced call handling, internal messaging, and group tools.
- Guests interact through familiar channels — web chat or WhatsApp — without downloading any app.
Operational efficiency & automation
Integrates with your PMS and Call Accounting System to automate:
- Check-in and check-out (guest profile creation, telephony activation/deactivation)
- Room moves with zero service interruption
- Phone barring/unbarring based on PMS triggers
- Wake-up call scheduling and monitoring
- Call Detail Records (CDR) export for billing
Infrastructure & scalability
- Fully cloud-based — only requires internet access and an active Rainbow Hub subscription
- Suitable for individual properties up to global hotel chains
- Compatible with SIP-certified endpoints and existing analog phones via gateway
How to request access to Rainbow Hospitality in Limited availability
The request is made by the Business Partner who send an email to support@openrainbow.com with:
- Company name (that will use Rainbow Hospitality)
- Hospitality BP admin email
Requirements
- Admin must belong to the BP company
- Admin must have Operations and Finance roles
Onboarding process
Once the request is approved, following steps will be performed to finalize the onboarding:
- Rainbow support team opens RB Hospitality offer to BP
- Rainbow support team adds BP company to Rainbow Hospitality and creates the RB Hospitality BP admin
- BP subscribes 1x Voice Hospitality Management + the needed Voice Hospitality Room licenses
- BP informs Rainbow support team once subscription is done
- Rainbow support team subscribes the Voice Phone licenses (this step will become obsolete once Voice Phone licenses are automatically activated with Room licenses)
- BP adds the customer company to Rainbow Hospitality and creates the first RB Hospitality admin in the Rainbow Hospitality Management Center
