Expected behavior:
Hybrid Telephony services will be unavailable for about 10 minutes during the slot. Affected users will be informed via the icon " Telephone services currently unavailable" on their telephony settings.
Why we're doing this?
- Improvement aims to better handle slow PBX reconnection scenarios after a network disruption and reduce the risk of delays during telephony service recovery
- Outbound dialing issue introduced by PCG update (country code ‘1’ being stripped) has been resolved, restoring correct number normalization and PSTN call routing
