Rainbow allows Companies to connect their own external AI provider in order to benefit from AI-powered features directly within the platform. This feature is currently available as part of an Early Adopter phase.
This integration enables Company to keep using their preferred AI services while leveraging Rainbow’s native AI capabilities and user experience. In this configuration, all AI-related data processing is performed directly by the external provider connected to the company. As a result, the external provider remains solely responsible for the processing, storage, and management of the data handled through its services.
Note: Currently supported providers include Gladia and OpenAI, with additional providers considered in upcoming releases based on opportunities.
Tips: In selected countries and starting in France and Germany as Early Adoption too, Rainbow will also introduce AI services operated directly by the platform through Rainbow Enterprise Premium and Rainbow Voice Enterprise Premium licenses. These offers will provide end-to-end data sovereignty and control without requiring any external AI provider configuration.
