Add an AI provider (Early Adopter)

Early Adopter: this feature is currently available to Early Adopter customers only.

Add an AI provider

1. Sign in with a company administrator account, open Administration, select your company, then go to Settings.
2. Open Privacy, click AI services, then stay on the Providers tab.
3. Click Add to open the Model configuration dialog.
4. Fill in the provider configuration: Name, AI service provider (Gladia/OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), and verify the Endpoint value.
5. Paste your API key, and keep Use the default model enabled unless you need custom model behavior.
6. Click Save and wait for the operation to complete.
7. Confirm the provider appears in the list with status Active; use the row menu (...) later if you need to edit it.
