Rainbow allows Companies to benefit from AI-powered meeting transcription features directly within the platform. This feature is currently available as part of an Early Adopter phase and requires an AI configuration to be previously set up by a Company administrator.
With Rainbow’s AI transcription feature, you can stay fully focused on your discussions without having to take notes during the meeting. For web conferences started from a Bubble, Rainbow can automatically generate a meeting recording, a full transcription of the conversation, and an optional AI-generated summary once the session ends.
All generated content becomes directly available within the same Bubble, making it easier to review key discussions, retrieve decisions or action items, catch up on missed meetings, and share meeting outcomes with other participants afterwards.
Start the transcription during a call
- During your meeting, click on the three dots menu and select “Record and transcript”.
- Then, in the Record and transcript panel: Enable Transcription
- Select the spoken language used during the meeting.
- Enable Summary if you want Rainbow to generate a meeting report, or a summary focused on action points.
- Choose whether you want the recording to be automatically deleted after 15 days by enabling or disabling the automatic deletion option.
- Click “Start recording”.
Access the recording after the meeting
- Go to the relevant Bubble.
- Click on the three dots menu then select “Recordings”.
- Choose the meeting you want to open.
- Click on it to view the generated summary.
View, share or download the transcription
Once the recording is open, click again on the three dots menu. From there, you can:
- Share the recording or transcription.
- Download it.
- Display the transcription.
The transcription will appear as a conversation, with each intervention displayed in chronological order. You can also use the search bar to look for a specific keyword in the transcription.
