In order to continuously improve your experience, we set up satisfaction surveys on the Help Center.
The purpose of these surveys is to better understand :
- the quality of the content provided,
- the relevance of search results
- the clarity of information, particularly on service updates and notifications
🎯 How does it work?
You may be invited to give your opinion via short surveys, in the form of a simple question to be rated from 1 to 5 (using smileys).
These questionnaires are designed to be quick to complete and non-intrusive, so as to disrupt your browsing experience as little as possible, while enabling us to gather useful feedback to make practical improvements to the Help Center.
⏱️ Display frequency and control
To preserve your browsing comfort, surveys are shown on a limited basis: a maximum of one question per week. They are not systematic and their display depends on your navigation.
Tip: If, in spite of everything, these surveys bother you, you can deactivate them at any time from the site footer in the"Quick actions" section.
