Main fixes

• Subscription
  Adjust the number of licenses to purchase in the subscription page was only possible by clicking + or -.
  It's now possible again to write the right number of licenses in the field.
• Analytics
  The analytics related to the application were no longer displayed.
  There was an issue in the database which prevent the charts from displaying.
• Authentication
  In the admin page, the field 'applied policy' for the SAML sign-in method fallback authentication offered only 'undefined' options. 
  Fallback options are now displayed.
• Webinar
  Some ICS files generated for webinar invitations could appear as corrupted when they were sent by email.
  The presence of the # specific character in webinar's name or description led to this malfunction. The # is now correctly encoded.
• Fallback authentication
  In the admin page of user's security settings for SAML, the 2 options of the applied policy under 'fallback authentication' displayed only the choice 'undefined' 
  The 'rainbow credentials' as fallback method is displayed.
• [Early Adopter] The CLI by Prefix menu was not available to users.
  This setting was incorrectly linked to another configuration parameter.
• Webinar
  Speakers could sometimes no longer see the other speakers, but they could hear them.
  The sharing audio management was not always handled efficiently.
