Main fixes

• Overflow
  Overflow from empty hunting groups to a voice prompt could disconnect the call automatically (Trunk dependance)
  This is fixed.
• Name display
  Caller's name didn't appear after a supervised transfer.  
  One event was badly handled.
• Audio quality
  Choppy ringback tone was heard when calling an external destination.
  It's fixed.
• Busy state
  By initiating a transfer with swap, the Deskphone of a hunting group stayed in busy state.
  It was due to a bad treatment of the release of the call.
• Voice prompts
  In Multi-sites configuration, an error message could appear with voice prompts in waiting queue groups.
  This was caused by a missing default voice prompt in soundset in Portuguese language. 
• Calls
  It could be impossible for some users within a company to make calls.
  Due to the large number of users in the company, some could not be handled in a backend component. The value of a parameter has been changed to enable the initial loading of the device from the database.
