This feature is now available to all users in production. As we are still polishing a few aspects and would like to continue gathering feedback, we are keeping it within the Early Adopter program for now.
Overview: OXE can be configured to enforce a specific CLI number on outgoing calls through the use of a numbering prefix. This prefix triggers a special trunk seizure, overriding the default user CLI. In practice, this allows a department’s DDI number to be presented instead of the individual user’s DDI.
Configuration
Rainbow
On Rainbow side the configuration is made at PBX level with a Business Partner admin account .
- one table per OXE PBX
- each entry contains a prefix and a label
- the same list is available for all Rainbow users of the system.
