Main fixes

• Busy state
  Users could be seen as busy although this was no longer the case.
  This issue occurred when a loop was configured, when a call went back to the initial callee. An enhancement has been provided to not fall again in such case.
• Myriad
  There was no sound in Myriad phones when a call was launched from Rainbow client in Desktop mode. This issue is fixed now.
