When you are unable to answer a call, the caller can leave you a voicemail. You can then easily listen to it from your call center.
Computer:
Listen to your voicemails
- Go to the Calls tab.
- If you have any messages waiting, a notification will appear.
- Click on the message to listen to it.
- From this line, you can call back the person who left the message, send a message, delete it, or share it.
- You can set up your voicemail and listen your messages by clicking on the “Call” button.

Transcription of audio messages
Transcription allows you to convert your voice messages into text. This is useful for quickly reading a voice message when you can't listen to it, or if you want to keep a written record of a conversation.
- Go to the Calls tab.
- In the list, find the line where you received a voicemail message.
- Tap the Transcribe button.
- The screen will then display “Transcribing,” and the translation will appear just below.

If transcription fails (for example, if the language is not recognized, the audio is too short, or the quality is poor), you will see the message “Transcription not available.”
