Task categories allow you to classify your messages and personal notes according to your own criteria. It is a simple but powerful tool for increasing efficiency, prioritizing your actions, and gaining a clear overview of your work. Each user profile has a maximum number of categories allowed (3, 10, or 20 depending on your licence).
Create your own categories
You can now add your own custom categories.
- In the Tasks menu, click on "
" and select "New Category"
- Enter a unique name (maximum 64 characters).
- Choose a color from those available.
- Click on “Create.”
Tips : You can add a task to a category from a conversation or directly from the “Tasks” tab.
Edit and delete a category
In the tasks tab, the new categories will appear at the bottom of the page, following the basic categories.
To modify a category
- Tap the "
" to the right of each category.
- Choose between editing or deleting the category
- Edit the category by changing the name or the color
- Select 'OK'
- Add a task directly to this category

Warning: : Deleting a category will also permanently delete all tasks and personal notes associated with it. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.
Tips: It is possible to reorganize categories. This action will remain local to your device.
