Manage your Contacts

1. Enter the name of your contact in the “Search by name” area at the top left of the Rainbow window.
   Matching results are listed below the search area, sorted by where the contact was found (MY COMPANY, MY BUSINESS CONTACTS, etc.).
2. Hover over the contact to display available actions (call, add to favorites).

Create a speed dial key

1. In the header of the "Speed dial" section, select the " Manage with Rainbow ...". The "Management of programmable keys" window is displayed.
2. Select the "Create" button.
3. Enter the name of the key in the "LABEL" field.
4. Enter the phone number associated with the key in the "KEY" field.
5. Select the "Create" button to create the speed dial key.
6. The new key is displayed on the "Speed dials" section. 

Manage speed dial keys

1. In the header of the "Speed dial" section, select the " Manage with Rainbow ...". The "Management of programmable keys window" is displayed.
2. Open the contextual menu of the speed dial key you want to manage.
3. Use " Move down" or "Move up" to sort speed dial keys.
   Use " Modify" to modify the speed dial key.
   Use " Delete" to delete the speed dial key.
4. Close the "Management of programmable keys" window by selecting the "Close" buton or the cross at the top right of the windows.
5. Close the "Settings - Telephony" window

1. From the Rainbow Search by name result (search bar at the top of the left area of the Rainbow window), or from the call history, select the star to add a contact to your favorites.
2. The contact is added to the FAVORITES section in the left area of the Rainbow window. 

Note: To remove a contact from your favorites, select the orange star near the contact's name in your FAVORITES section.

Note: The star in the search result is greyed if the contact is already in your favorite contacts.
