Manage Multiple Phone Calls

You are in conversation with one contact and you want to call a second contact.

Use one of the following:

• Make the second call by dialing directly the number,
• Make the second call from your Favorites,
• Make the second call from the call log, 
• Make the second call by using the search by name.
• Make the second call by selecting a speed dial.

Note: If you have minimized the call window, you can reopen it from the Windows taskbar: .

1.  Select the " Retrieve the call" for the call on hold. 

You are in a conversation with two contacts and you want to connect them together.

1.  Select the " Transfer call" icon of the current call.
2. Select the contact from the list of calls on hold.
   The current call is transfered.

You are in conversation with 2 contacts and you want to make a 3-way-conference.

1. Select the "Conference" icon.
   You are in conference.
2. Quit the conference.
   The other contacts remain in the conference.
