During Calls

Turn off/on your microphone.
- *# Send DTMF code (show or hide modulated frequency keyboard).

Show / hide DTMF code.
Open contact details:
- Profile: display information about the contact
- Calls: display your call log with this contact,

Add to favorites/ remove from favorites,
-More action (add to / remove from my network).
Transfer the current call.

Put / retrieve the call on hold.
Record the call (
More action menu).
Open Audio configuration to select the microphone and the speaker to use.

Display the forward status.
End the call.
Note: If you have minimized the call window, you can reopen it from the Windows taskbar: .

Transfer the Call
- Select the "
Transfer call" icon.
- Select "Other destination" to define the destination of the transfer.
- Use one of the following:
-Transfer the call to a contact from your Favorites,
-Transfer the call to a contact from the Search by name result,
-Dial directly the destination number and
transfer the call.

Record the Call
- Select the "
Start recording" icon in the
More action menu.
Your contact is notified that the conversation is being recorded. - You can pause
or resume
the recording.
- Select the "
Stop recording" icon in the
More action menu to end the recording.
Save the record on your personal computer by selecting the "Save" button. The file conv_contact-name_date_time.mp4 is download on your computer.
