Make or Take Phone Calls

1. Enter the name of your contact in the “Search by name” area at the top left of the Rainbow window.
   Matching results are listed below the search area, sorted by where the contact was found (MY COMPANY, MY BUSINESS CONTACTS, etc.).
2. Hover over the contact to display available actions.
3. Call your contact.

1. Select a speed dial key.
2. The call starts with the number assigned to the speed dial key (shown below its label). 

1. Hover over the Favorite contact to display available actions.
2. Call your favorite contact.

1. Avalable actions are displayed for each call in the call history.
2. Call back the contact.

Using the search bar

1. Enter directly a phone number in the search bar
2. Press the Enter key to start the call.

Using the dialpad

1. Open the dialpad.
2. Dial the phone number.
3. Start the call.

Note: You can also open the dialpad from the Windows Task bar
.

1. When you receive an incoming call, a popup is displayed showing the identity or the phone number of the caller.
2. Select the "Accept" button to take the call, the "Decline" button to decline the call or the "Voicemail" button to divert the call to your voicemail. The voicemail depends on the system configuration (Rainbow Hub or OXO Connect).
