Rainbow for Teams Areas
The app window is divided into 4 sections:
- Search by name and number entry (
,
).
- Speed dials.
- Favorite contacts (FAVORITES).
- Call history.
Note: Depending on your system, an additional section Voicemail is displayed (Rainbow Hub and OXO Connect ).
Note: If you are a member of one or more Rainbow supervision groups, they will be displayed below the search area in a "SUPERVISION GROUPS" section. From there, you can join or leave the group(s) as needed.

Call History
Call history displays the name/number, date and duration (if available) of:
Incoming calls.
outgoing calls.
Missed calls (red).
Note:
The conference avatar appears beside that of the person who initiated the call. A conference call is marked as an outgoing call when you are the one who initiated it.
Note: By default, the last 10 calls are displayed. Select the "View more" button to display more calls, 10 per page. If necessary, you can display a page by selecting its number or go to the next/previous page.
From the call history, you can:
- Select "Extended" to display all calls in chronological order.
- Select "Condensed" to group calls from the same user on the same day to simplify the view. The number of grouped calls is shown below the name. Missed calls are displayed first.
Call back your contact.
Add the contact to your favorite contacts.
Delete a contact from history. In "Condensed" mode, you must delete all entries from the group to remove the call log line.
Add the number to your personal directory.
Note: The star in the call history is greyed if the contact is already in your favorite contacts.
Voice messages
The Voicemail section is only avaiblable with Rainbow Hub or OXO Connect.
Voice message section shows the list of messages stored in your voicemail: .
From the voice messages section, you can:
- If there are more than one page, you can display a page by selecting its number or go to the next/previou page.
Listen voice message using a local player.
Call back the callee.
Delete the voice message.
