An upgrade of the components related to Cloud Telephony services will take place on Tuesday, May 15. A dedicated slot has been set aside for each region, and potential impacts will be limited to the latter.

Expected Behavior:
Cloud Telephony services will be unavailable for about 10 minutes during the slot. Affected users will be informed via the icon " Telephone services currently unavailable" on their telephony settings.
Myriad and H3G devices will reset.
