We're pleased to announce the release of a new inApp synchronization feature that now enables Rainbow resellers and Company administrators to access services notification directly from their administration space.
🎯 A Personalized, Context-Sensitive Experience
Notifications displayed for Company administrators are intelligently profiled according to:
- the type of PBX deployed in the Company,
- the region with which the company is associated.
In short, if your company is concerned, the info is displayed. This approach guarantees targeted, relevant information adapted to the context of each administrator, for better support and optimal responsiveness.
Note: Rainbow resellers can access all notifications directly from their Rainbow interface, without any specific filtering. This gives them a global view of all information distributed, enabling them to follow up effectively with their customers.
Simplified Access, Centralized Information
No need to navigate between several tools: all important notifications (updates, release, configuration advice, etc.) are now automatically synchronized and accessible in real time in the administration interface.

This evolution is part of our commitment to offering administrators and partners an ever more fluid, proactive and tailored experience.
Tips: Now that the information is available, we're going to increase its visibility in the application by connecting this space to the Rainbow notification center. We're also looking into the possibility of using this system to anticipate potential issues and propose solutions to affected companies before they occur.
