Global DashBoard
One aggregated view, composed of 6 pie charts, and one per-day view are available:
Each pie represents the ratio of users active with this Rainbow client in the last 7 days of the period over the total number of active users in the last 7 days of the period. For example, if the above example was captured on August 2, it would mean that among 100 users active between July 6 to August 2, 81 users have used the Windows application at least once, 10 have used the web application on Windows, and so on.
The total of all slices may exceed 100% as a user using different Rainbow clients is counted that many times. Also, the total may be below 100%, for example when the company is also using Rainbow through third-party applications.
When switching to the per-day view for one graph, all pies are replaced with a line chart. The values shown are the same as for the pie chart: ratio of users active with this Rainbow client in the last 7 days before that day over the total number of active users in the last 7 days before that day. So, the right-most value is identical to the pies values. As you can see, the values for August 2 are the same as the pie charts.
Note: You may select or unselect a Rainbow client in the legend to visualize or hide it.
Applications tab
The Applications tab starts by giving you an overview of which versions of our Rainbow clients your users have used over the selected period.
Below you can search for users based on the version they have used during the month.
Note that unlike the table, which simplifies client versions to 160, 161, or 162, the search requires the use of a full version number:
Desktop and Web versions should start with 2. - for example 2.161 or 2.161.7
Android and iOS versions should start with 1. - for example 1.161 or 1.161.7
Tips: You can have all users displayed with the following filters
