Ready to Publish the Webinar
Once the webinar is published, the registration page will be online and invitation email will be sent. All you have to worry about is your content.
Note: All speakers with the host role can publish the webinar. Learn more.
- Select the " Webinars" tab.
- Press on the " Publish" button of the webinar you want to publish.
- Confirm by pressing on the "Publish" button. Your webinar is published.
A confirmation window is displayed, allowing you to:
- Copy the link of the registration page for sending invitation via email or Rainbow, for example, by pressing the "Copy the link" button.
- Share the link to the registration page on your preferred social networks by clicking the designated button.
- Invite multiple participants by pressing the "Participant Bulk Import" button, which enables you to import a list of attendees via a CSV file (" Attendees" tab in the webinar window).
