Publish the Webinar
Once the webinar is published, the registration page will be online and invitation email will be sent. All you have to worry about is your content.
Note: All speakers with the host role can publish the webinar. Learn more.
Warning: When the Webinar is published, the planification cannot be changed.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Press on the "Publish event" green button of the webinar you want to publish.
- Confirm by pressing on the "Publish event" button. Your webinar is published.
A confirmation window is displayed, allowing you to:

Copy the link of the registration page for sending invitation via email or Rainbow, for example, by pressing the "Copy the link" button on "
Attendees" tab (use "the personalized registration link" link in the confirmation window to direct access to the page). You can also share the link of the registration page on your preferred social networks by clicking the designated button.

Invite particpants using the "Add particpants" to add one or more particpants, or "Add participant via CSV" which enables you to import a list of attendees via a CSV file (use the contextual menu on the "
Attendees" tab (use "register guest in blulk" link in confirmation window to direct access to the page).
Note: It is possible to publish the Webinar during a training session, by selecting the "Publish event" green button.

Add the Webinar to calendar
Once the webinar is published, you can add it to your calendar to receive a reminder.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Select "
Add to calendar" by opening the contextual menu
of the webinar.
- Select your calendar (Apple, Google, Outlook) or download an ICS file.
- Follow instructions of your calendar.
Cancel the Webinar
Once your webinar is published, you can still cancel it even if attendees are already in the waiting room. All registered speakers and attendees will be notified by email, and the event will be deleted.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Select "
Cancel webinar" by opening the contextual menu
of the webinar.
- Confirm the cancellation after reading the warning by selecting the 'Yes, I'm sure!' button.
- A second warning is displayed. Select "Yes I'm sure!" button to delete the webinar and notify the speakers and attendees by email.
