Registration page
It is important to properly prepare the webinar registration page to make it as attractive as possible.
The registration page displays :
- The title.
- The date and time.
- The description of the webinar (if provided).
- The logo and the image defined in the 'Customize' tab.
- The headlined speakers.
Note: all information of the registration page are defined when you Create or Manage your webinar.
You can display the registration page by opening all details of the webinar from the " Webinars" tab.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Select the relevant webinar. Information about the webinar is displayed at the right of the window.
- Open the registration page by selection "See all details".
Email presentation
You can send an invitation via email from the "Attendees" tab within the webinar creation or editing window.
Note: When you Create the webinar, you can directly enter an email to invite the person.
Note: When you Manage your webinar, you can invite a list of attendees via a CSV file.
The invitation email received by the recipient showcases your webinar (title, summary, speakers) and offers the option to join the webinar (essentially, accepting the invitation).
When your invitee clicks on the "Join Webinar" button, they will access the registration window.
Registering for a webinar
As an attendee, if you have accepted the invitation to a webinar, a popup is displayed when the webinar starts to allow you to join.
You can also join the webinar at any time from your Rainbow interface.
If you received an invitation to join the webinar via a public link, you do not need a Rainbow account:
- You simply need to provide some information to identify yourself: your first name, last name, email address, and company.
- Then, accept Rainbow's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- An email will be sent to you with the link to join the webinar.
