Role required: Reporting is available only for organizers. It is up to the organizer to share the information.
When a webinar is completed, you can access its reporting as long as it hasn't been deleted from your Webinar space. The reporting provides you with the following statistics:
- Number of registrants.
- Number of attendees who participated in the webinar.
- Participation rate.
- Duration in minutes.
- Attendance conversation.
- Number of attendees in session.
You can also download the chat conversations that occurred during the webinar as a text file. For each message, this file includes the author of the message, the date, the time, and the message content. Emoticons are retained, but attachments like images and videos are not.
Additionally, you can download the list of attendees in a CSV file (UTF-8 encoded, fields separated by ";") that can be directly opened in Excel. This file contains information about attendees, according to what was provided during the creation or management of the webinar: email, first name, last name, company, job title, country, host approval to participate in the webinar, and webinar attendance.
