Import a List of Attendees
An "attendee" of a webinar is someone who has been invited to attend the webinar and may have the opportunity to participate if the host provides them with the chance.
You can invite a large number of attendees by using a CSV file containing all the attendees. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a CSV file containing all the attendees.
The format of the CSV file is important. Please arrange your CSV file to match the header shown below and then save the file as CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) filetype:

- Select the " Webinars" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the " Attendees" tab in the webinar window.
- Select the upload button.
- Drop a CSV file or click on this icon to upload one. The list of attendees is displayed. The registration of the attendee is automaticaly approved. You can cancel the registration by selecting "Cancel registration" in the contextual menu at the right of the attendee.
- Use the filter icon to display All Attendees, Approved Attendees, Pending approval attendees or Rejected attendees.
- Use the search interface to find an attendee in the list.
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinars" tab.

Manage Attendees Invited by Email
A speaker can invite an attendee by email.
Define the attendee acceptance policy for email invitations by the host or speakers: automatic validation of the attendee (their subscription is automatically accepted) or manual validation for email invitations (the host must validate the attendee's subscription).
Note: Email invitations can only be sent when the webinar is published. Learn more.
- Select the " Webinars" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the " Attendees" tab in the webinar window.
- Select "Advanced" tab to define the attendee acceptance policy: Automatic approval or Manual approval.
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinars" tab.
Approve the participant's subscription
- Select the " Webinars" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the " Attendees" tab in the webinar window.
- The list of attendees waiting for your approval to join the webinar is marked as 'Pending.'
- You can either accept or reject each attendee's request individually by selecting the contextual menu at the right of the attendee's details.
- You can either accept or reject multiple pending requests by selecting the checkboxes next to the respective attendees.
- You can accept or reject all pending attendees at once by selecting " PENDING APPROVAL ATTENDEES".
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinars" tab.
Download the List of Attendees
You can download the list of attendees of a webinar in CSV UTF-8 format (Comma separated).
Note: Email invitations can only be sent when the webinar is published. Learn more.
- Select the " Webinars" tab.
- Select " Edit webinar" by opening the contextual menu of the webinar to edit.
- Select the " Attendees" tab in the webinar window.
- Select "Advanced" tab.
- Select the "Donwload" button in the "List of Attendees" section. Save the file on your device.
- Click on "Close" button (or the close button of the window) to go back to "Webinars" tab.
